Something About Me
Through years of teaching, I have gradually woven together elements from different movement practices to create a deeply supportive and intuitive approach to yoga. While yoga remains the foundation of my work, I have naturally incorporated Feldenkrais principles, somatic exercises, and mobility work, allowing for a truly integrative and nurturing experience.
In my practice, I have also explored Thai yoga massage, as well as the wisdom of listening to the body—both my own and those of my students. This has led me to a profound understanding of how movement can release tension, ease pain, and restore a sense of wholeness.
The sequences I offer are designed not only to guide you through a class but also to support your own intuition and growth as a teacher. They provide structure while leaving space for your unique voice to shine. My hope is that these carefully crafted flows will help you feel more confident, inspired, and connected to both yourself and your students.
